Ep.3: The Events That Led Us To Full Time Travel

It had to get really bad before it could get really good.

We get a lot of questions on our YouTube channel, Facebook, and Instagram. Sometimes we get the same questions over and over. Questions like: How did you meet? What is it like traveling full time with your partner? Are you going to get married and have kids? How did you come to full time travel together? How do you afford to travel full time?

We answer all of your personal questions.

In this episode we answer all of those questions and more. We tell you how we met, why we left, and the crazy events that led to our full time travel adventure. Trust us when we say it has been a journey. We didn’t leave the USA thinking we would come to travel full time for the year. We actually thought we would be staying in one place. It all started with a full on freak out and shock. It was those stressful and emotional events that led us to where we are now. Living our life long dream in real life. Traveling full time around Asia. We are 9 countries, 24 cities, and 9 months in to our adventure so far. We have 3 months to go.

We share everything with you in this episode. This is the first time we have discussed these events since they actually happened. What we want you to take away from this episode is very real and raw life lessons.

In your travel adventures and in life in general you will encounter unexpected set backs in your plans. These set backs can be very shocking, painful, and sometimes earth shattering. It’s all in how you handle it that makes the difference. We share with you how we dug deep in a very hard situation and just made things happen. Through grit, gumption, and a whole lot of grace, we were able to figure it out to move into a life we always dreamed of.

This year has impacted us greatly as people, but more than that, it has stretched us as a couple bringing us closer together than we could have ever imagined.
